Ya whatever. You can't ss issues on a droids and support has never ever refunded my troops or coins. The response I've gotten all week is just 1 word . Sorry. Haypi does not care about any issues or complaints , they just want our money. I realized this after they took 300$ from my account without approval months ago and then told me there was no proof I didn't order it and no proof i received no coins.

Oh there is nothing wrong at all. I think tojac said he didn't want to go to jail and that is what I said was a good decision.

I too have been severely damaged by this recent crash. I sent my troops out hunting this morning and had 5 lvl 9 cropfields.The game crashed on me shortly thereafter, but I thought no worries as I had ample crop income.When I was finally able to relog,I Discovered that #1 the majority of my troops have all starved,and #2 the remainder had all been wiped by another player.I ingame mailed this other player to firstly congratulate him on his enormous victory and gain of over 16k prestige at my expense ,and secondly was briefly discussing the glitches in the server.Then shortly thereafter,poof the server had a complete shutdown for several hours.

I have spent such a vast amount of money in coining to fasttrack my troops and cities that I care not disclose.I know it's not possible to receive a refund,but haypi please do the honourable thing and return my troops and prestige.
