session timeout and server crash lameness

No way should anyone's have to root a device and void or brick phone wtf who are you to dare suggest we should root our device are you going to buy me a new one when it bricks or when have warranty fault and have to send back and they detect it has been cracked... Get real mate and stfu rooting not and option but support cam check out our accounts easy not our issue .... We all paying customers at end of the day.

Well support for my server did contact me amd told me that they would look into it. I hope that means they are going to give back coins and take emchantments of manual which I believe is the fair thing to do.

Ill also post this update in bug report but since last night almost half my sessoon time outs have no resulted in game freezing and unable to force close also say a quarter or these events its froozen my device and have had to take out battery... With the app freeze I have to re start my device as said can not force close .... I can confirm that this mainley seems to happen critical error when upgrading city wall ? But I may be bias as I am having to try and re build after last been wiped as stated above .... Thos in short means I can not practicalyy even attempt to even play this game as I can't stand restarting my phone every ten mins or having to crack it open to remove the battery madness

I can't say much about the loss of coins, that sounds like some kind of bizarre screw up on the server (only an assumption). But I will say that I am all for voiding my own warranties to get some extra functionality out of my device, HOWEVER, that should NEVER be a method recommended to solve a problem with an app offered within the Android Market. This problem is with either the Haypi servers or their app, and should be fixed by Haypi developers. Right now I am sitting at home, about 20 feet in direct line of sight from my wireless router/cable modem. I have done speed tests and confirmed that my connection is operating at top speed and have nothing using any bandwidth. Yet I still get repeated Session timeout errors on my Motorola Atrix 4G. It is ridiculous that Haypi support seems to be ignoring this issue that seems to be affecting most, if not all, Android device users.

Its not a broken link, works for me.... If you arent getting emails back chances are its cuz support is just taking a long time or they dont want to talk to you
