REBUILD, BUG HIT, LOSE TROOPS, AGAIN, AGAIN...

I do not know how to take a screenshot in android.
I lost my troops 3rd time in 3 days.
30K cat, 15k cav, 20k inf, etc
respent 1.5 mil. in 3 rebuilds along with 75 coins.
Sent 10 replies to support.
Rebuilding again.
IS REBUILDING AND LOSING TROOPS FOR YOUR BUGS IS ALL ABOUT HAIPY?
please help as I can not spend time typing in that nonsense support form of android which has HUGE font and I can't read what i type.
I can not wait for days and days either stopping play. please do quickly.
