Payment done, coins havent been credited

Whoever is responsible for these matters, please contact me ASAP. i made a purchase via Paypal (got the receipt), but still hasnt see any coins. I am alarmed because usually, coins are credited immediatelly into account.

just send the receipt to kingdomsupport@haypi.com and they will credit your account as soon as they possibly can

I registered to gamefly went through all the steps and didn't get my 176 coins promised. I sent several messages to support with no answer back. I also lost quite a few troops in a server crash, I think we are being treated unfairly and something needs to be done to comphensate me and the other thousands that have lost their money, coins, and troops to the glitches, session time outs and the server crash!!!

Support does not work over the weekends, but they do check in every so often. Your coins have to be added to your account manually since it was purchased using PayPal i believe. Please be patient and they should be credited to you in 24hrs. If they are not pls contact your Servers Support over Palringo (Please verify that they are the real ones if you use this) or by signing into the account and go to Help -> Support ->Contact Support -> And send a detailed message and your acting Support member will contact you ASAP about the issue

First off, hi alliance buddy lol. Second, I had this same problem and I contacted support79 ingame, support1 on forums, and emailed that support link and they fixed it within 12hours. Made me mad it took forever, but I did get my coins.
