Seeing as you agreed to the Terms of service when you created your account, it is YOUR responsibility to know AND follow the rules. Experts are there to punish you when you don't.
Experts are generally NOT allowed to mute you without warning, so if there is an issue where you don't know why you've been muted, it is possible that the expert in question is not following their directives.
I find it hard to believe you get muted so often with absolutely no idea why, however. Seriously, you really have NO idea why this is happening? Certaintly you aren't that oblivious......
