MY real life friend who got an android phone made an account for me and i played it on my apple gadget..

since stupid friend use inappropriate name, support change the useraccount to HPUSER, then i asked to change it to losttribe which the support did successfully, sadly it wont access on my apple gadget now..

i reinstalled the haypi app, plug in the new username and password, but it says "username change, please relogin"..

i called my friend to access it to his android phone, and it worked to his phone, but in my apple gadget it wont work..

how to fix this... i spent money on that account and i want to access it on my apple gadget.....

This is just a guess, but make sure your friend logs out of the account on his device. You can't log in to the same account at the same time, so that could be your problem.

i called my friend to delete the haypi app and i tried to access it again, it still kicks me out..

any support in this forum who can help at all?..
