Droid new update

Hi-
My friend on s73 is about to quit based on the new update she got for haypi on her droid. Apparently it keeps crashing and she can't buy coins, making her lose her ability to compete with the top players. Please help before she quits out of frustration!

Please tell us more details of your friend:
1 device info
2 When did she do before the crash
3 She tried to purchase coins via which channel: paypal or google checkout?
What is the warning like?

Please note the more info she can offer, the faster we can spot the reason.

I am having the same issue, and to be quite frank its kinda aggrevating. I am using a sprint nexus s 4g, and I would login and not do a thing and go straight to buy coins, and before I could press the buy or PayPal button it force closes. I was going to warp and get Prestige points, but was disappointed to find out it would force close. Is there anyway I could get some coins asap? Please fix this problem asap.

Before the update everything worked fine. I went to market on my Samsung Acclaim which is a droid. It alerted me that there was an update, I installed it and as soon as I opened it I tried to hit start game and it forced closed. I rebooted my phone, still no luck. I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it new. SAME THING. This time though I have to try to login, when I click login I get the force close error. There is another Haypi on the market by Papyaya. At least now I can login and check things and make sure my army is fed. The only thing about this is I cannot see the medals, it's force closing alot, and when I go to buy coins it wants me to sign up for some Papaya thingy where I have to give them my credit card info and then I have to buy "papays" so I can purchase the coins. It makes no sense.. I'm so confused and frustrated I'm ready to quit. I refuse to give my credit card info out to another company and if I try to use the free coins feature it takes me to a webpage instead of my market. This update has caused alot of issues over the past week for me.
Please fix it, ASAP.

Never download a haypi update unless you KNOW nothing will go wrong.

Issues!

-session timeout, at log in
-mine war won't open. Force close screen.
--firce close when trying to command battles. Must scramble to relog in to command. Usually nit before loosing troops. Connection problems that ARE NOT DUE TO MY INTERNET, works fine except for a haypi.

kanon if you have these issue it might be good to add in as and edit
the list of things uranos has in the how to report section
if so then support can answer your question with a valid response instead of as I and you know they will What is your device info, blah blah blah that they must have to try to fix the problem.

You can post reports to the supports. Ingame u can access them under help but u also can use the email kingdomsupport@haypi.com.

But not just write "help me". Here are some things which makes it easier for support the infotmation:
1.account name
2. date (e.g. 22th september 3:05 pm Gmt)
3. What happened
4. Other circumstances
5. Suggestions why it happened
6. What you want (e.g. Troops back)
7. Maybe ss (=screen shots)

Im afraid that i found a bug. On my account guessed name on the 22th of september 2009 at 12:31 i got gifted by 10000 coins.
I just bought a basic package and my connection was laggy. Maybe i got them 2000 times because of the lag. I suggest to take 99950 coins away. Here some ss.
