I don't really mind/care how expert are chosen. Support can choose that, and their choices are final. If you think an expert has been wrongly selected, tell support.

Yes, but if the way they do things isn't working, then perhaps fixing the source of problems is better than addressing each wrong pick. When they are picking better choices, then there won't be an problems after they make them.
