1 per hour for inf, 4 for cavs , 2 for archers and 10 for catapults. Obviously your crop consumption is higher than production there fore resulting in your negative crop flow. Subsequently you must supplement your crop by farming or purchasing crop from the Market. Other ways to ease the crop consumption is to enhance crop production or upgrade your crop mines. Just so that you are aware many active players have negative crop consumption in order to have a large army.
