Bought coins and didn't receive...

I bought coins today (Sept. 1, 2011) at 10:56am (according to email from Android Market). It is now 1:35pm and I still don't have my coins. I bought $5 (50coins) and it charged my bank account and everything. No letter in-game saying I bought any, and no coins. WTH Haypi? This is the second time this has happened to me. Please don't tell me to email support, I did that right after my bank account got charged and have I heard anything from anyone? NO! Haypi, fix this NOW..! please

Same here bandball. I lost $10. Its a bunch of bull. RIPOFF. I posted about the same problem, maybe a week ago. Every claims they wanr to help but no results. Now cant advance in game. Im sure they' ll lose me soon. AND I WANT MY DAMN MONEY BACK!!!!

tah,your issue is with pay pal. you need to contact them. you are wasting your time with haypi. they didnt receive their money, and that makes pay pal responsible. spamming forums, and cursing up a storm, isnt going to get your money back from people who never got your money. in laemens terms "you are barking up the wrong tree"

Please tell us the time and date when the purchase has been made, your full name, email address registered to your android account, copy and paste the Google Check out to us(which will be sent to user after each successful purchase)

That's bull and maybe you should stop constantly saying things you don't know.

1. You don't even know that it is not paypal!
2. It's google in app checkout.
3. Other applications do not consistently have this issue, so it is haypi's poor implementation of the system, but then again, why fix it when they just make money off of people getting nothing.
