War Refuse?

Hello,

I got a simple question, Please only answer when u know it for sure,
- I couldnt find any of this in the search option-

If you're being attacked by a bunch of players, who probally try to bring you down. And u have NO way out, is it legal to go in war refuse?
So If you got to war refuse when you're attacked, is it legal?
Because some say yes, but some say no, but the most said to me that they didnt knew it was possible.

If its Legal, I think its a very, (very, very, very) bad thing of haypi. Well the worse one. Because if someone gets Hunted by BUNCH of players, by a Good Prepared and magnificent attack. That he can do war refuse and warp all his cities and blabla. Kind of unfair in my opinion?

of coarse its legal to go into war refuse if you are able to. its part of the game that the player may go into war refuse and thats a risk that is taken with all attacks

yes, but it is very costly to go into war refusal. and always remember, the way the game was originally set up, was to have a difference between coin spenders and non spenders. So, although it seems like a big disadvantage, it is kinda meant to be that way.

As Nate and Yod have said, it's possible to do(or as you say, legal). However, you will gain a very bad reputation and make alot of people extremely angry at you, which in the log run is worse then loosing some res or troops. If you do have to use War Refuse, use it when no one is currently attacking you :/

you make a good point. perhaps, maybe, if you think someone might attack you, then refuse. but not during.
