ALLIANCE CHAT

CAN AC AND PM PLEASE BE FIXED SO THEY DON'T CRASH THE GAME EVERY TIME I USE THEM! I've mentioned this (and many other bugs) a while ago. NO response to anything.

My tag is chaser1379, I'm on world 83, and I'm having the exact same issues as MercyFalls.
Every time I activate the chat, Haypi Kingdom force closes on me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on my WP7 but it still force closes on me. This glitch is making it extremely difficult to stay in constant contact with my alliance, and friends. Can someone please solve this issue asap?

Yeah, it likes to crash a lot, this game. I'm thinking they're making the game work better on the WP7 Mango update that is supposedly coming out soon. It's going to make the WP7 OS so much better, and I think it will allow Haypi to work better, as well. Let's just hang tight till Mango, and then we'll complain more if all the WP7 Haypi problems persist.

well, haypi, if you are going to fix this bug, could you please fix the bug with medals randomly appearing in private chat and alliance chat.

I have been contacting support about this for some time. They keep blaming it on my phone, saying another one of my apps must be causing it. They also have said it doesn't happen and said I was making up stories. They have also mocked me multiple times. The last response I got said that alot more players don't have this problem, to me it seemed to imply that they didn't care unless all players were having this problem. So to sum up they keep changing there excuses and don't care. Please if you suffer from this problem post here and let them know that their poor support is not appreciated.

This doesn't sound professional at all. Sounds like the jerk woman who works here in my university's IT service help desk. Doesn't believe you and will make up BS to not help you. Laziness, arrogance, and putting your clients down will NOT make you look good. Please, just fix the issues. We don't make up issues to bug you with. Trust me, we don't want to talk to you that bad. We'd prefer not having to talk to you. Support is supposed to be like a condom. It's better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it. Do your job and respect the players, and we shall respect you back.

I received a response from support. They said that unless everyone has the glitch they don't consider it their problem. And support still hasn't responded to this thread. I like using coins to play this game, but I could play it without them. If support doesn't start supporting I'm going to think twice before I buy anymore coins.

I am having the same problem, someone suggested waiting for the update... I am now running 3.05 and still when logging into AC and PM the game crashes. Sometimes I have to reload and try to enter AC 5 or more times before actually getting it. I have found that if I wait a brief moment in WC before loading AC the problem is not as frequent...
