s113 letters from support

I would just like to say that this is getting out of hand. People play this game to have fun on this game. People buy coins on our server and a lot too.

When there is specifically an expert in wc joining in on the fun conversation, and then a select few get letters the next day? That just doesn't make any sense. The right ones get warned when needed, but sending ppl letters to say that you will permanently ban them from chat. That just doesn't make sense that you are going to chat ban people on an already burnt out server. So after you chat ban the ones that talk, do you think that the ones that are taking pictures and sending them to you are gonna start talking then?

No, you are ruining what fun we can still have by listening to the ones that cheat, and make false accusations. You would think that after all the money people have spent on this game you would sit back and care about them too. not just the complainers and whiners.

You want to pick and choose which persons alts you ban or send letters to, but the ones who are complaining to you are the ones using the alts in the first place, but they get no letters...

I have been playing this game since server 49 came out. And i have to say, the only reason i still play this game is because my team does. If i wasn't leader of an alliance, i would have been long gone. But our alliance members have been together since the start, and i cant jump ship on them.

Yall are making this game no more fun with your silly un-needed letters to chat ban and everything else. Instead of taking one persons word when they send you a complaint, you should look at all parties involved, and ask questions before you automatically jump to conclusions. Its gotten beyond ridiculous.

I hate it when I receive threats from people who don't even participate in chat... I was just accused of being racist but the person who said this never even understood my comment obviously because it wasn't racist at all... Sucks that because someone else is ignorant they can try to taddle on you to support. I payed hundreds of dollars over the last year on this game & if support does not fight against the ignorant people then they will lose me...

An expert is sending people letters saying he is going to chat ban them?

Well first, experts can't ban people, they can only mute players when they break the rules enough (usually 3 warning will be given, then a mute, but that depends if the player is a repeat offender).

Secondly, support will only give out bans when a expert has filed a report(with SSs attached of that player breaking the rules), or if a player writes them a letter with enough evidence (just like expert reports, with SSs attached)

Thridly, if you have a problem with any expert, send a letter to kingdomsupport@haypi.com.

Acutally. No thats not what i meant at all. All these people who do not even talk on our server are taking screen shots and sending them to support. Then our s113 in game account is sending warning letters threatening to chat ban people.

These so called picture takers have more alts than they have actual players. And they are trying to get everyone else banned. By sending screen shots of world chat. There are experts on when this chat is happening, and the chat isnt stopped, but yet support is still sending out letters to a few people involved in that chat. Its just ridiculous. We came to play the game and have a good time, but yet haypi is letting a select few ruin the game for a lot of people.

i am one of the players who takes ss of chat abuse, and sends them in. however, i talk in chat quite frequently, at least, if i am taking ss i only take it if ive been talking in chat for a little while. i also only take ss if an expert isnt on.

please realize, that it is our duty as players, that if we feel something is getting out of hand, and we dont have the capability to fix it (ie. mute players abusing chat, when experts arent on) then we have to take any evidence we have to those who can.

now, i do feel that abusing that right to use the ss and email, is wrong. i try not to send ss in more than once a day. and usually only from 1 of the many servers i play on. so please, dont take this the wrong way, but if you have done nothing wrong, you wont receive, and you shouldn't worry about receiving, letters threatening to ban your account.

You can never know exactly who is sending in Screen shots.. its a very anonymous process.

Dont be so quick to put it all one alts and people who dont talk.

Learn to behave bottom line. There is nothing wrong with ANYBODY be it from the server, alts, talking, not talking, etc to report players who are breaking the rules by cursing, avoiding, and talking innappropriate. You deserve the warnings since you feel entitled to break the rules that are set to protect players of all ages enjoy the game. Even if the WC goes dead since players get banned, so be it. There are other measures to ensure the vaiability of a server like mergers. So don't think you deserve to not be warned.... Chatting on Haypi World Chat is a privilege not a right, get it right

Amen Mandalynn. Our server is full of tattletales who are only trying to get people banned to further their own agendas. I know exactly who one of them is and they know they are a coward. The people who are tattling also break chat rules by spamming emoji and just the same call people names in wc. But do we SS those and send to support....no, because we are not babies. Oh, and you and I both know the same people we are talking about who also rattled to support about being pinned by 1 account are also the same people who use a dozen accounts to pin us. They just don't like having a taste of their own medicine. And don't get me started on how they glitch troops and feed off alts and each other. What a joke that they have the ear of support when they're the worst offenders.

As far as me getting a warning. I have had 1 YES ONE, let me spell it out for you, warning. And thats just because i repeated what someone said because they asked why that person got warned. Not a big deal. Its the whiners that are constantly ruining wc and running to support with their pictures that are taken out of context in wc. AND YES THIS IS WHEN EXPERTS ARE ON. So, if they dont get muted or warned by the expert, then why are they getting warnings after the fact from a ss that was taken out of context in the first place. If you arent there for the whole conversation, don't be a little sissy and send in what you THINK is a bad conversation.

Haypi needs to get their crap together and either punish all who "break the rules" or punish none. Not just punish the ones that the little tattle tales rat on the most.
