I hope not, or I would be one of those who starve and that would make me very very...unhappy to say the least!

It's not a bug I talked to support they said it was because most players hadn't ever seen lvl 10 oasis. And it makes the game a bit more interesting

I hear of players finding lv11 oasis. My guess with the mines the decided need a way to still produce for the mines and for your own troops. But thats my guess why they have so many lv10s now and maybe lv11

It looks as if after resigning a level 10 oasis, it reverts to a level 0 oasis...

I just resigned one and had hopes of refreshing it, but to my surprise when I went back to the map to occupy it a level zero oasis was in its place. Bummer.

couldn't renew lvl 10 oasis either. oh well at least I got the achievement lol

I think if you attack it with an alt, and then take it back, it refreshes without changing level
