Disappointed in HK team support
Today, the entire server is suppose to have war refuse for the whole day,24 hours, due to server merger with server 101.
The war refuse started on time, as said in the notification letter, HOWEVER, it ended in just around 10 minutes. In the world chat, everyone was like 'yay! war refuse for merger!' then the next moment, "how the hell can someone attack me during war refuse???"
I personally lost 17645 catapults because of this nonsense by the HK team. And what they replied was the standard template of 'Sorry for the inconvenience cause' and expect us to treat it like nothing happened.
How can that be? I spent a lot of coins,time and effort on this game, and they just 'settle' the issue using 1 sentence.
They obviously can do something more than merely saying sorry. It's their fault and they have the ability to compensate the players' loss, yet they ain't doing it.
Why should we, the players, be the one taking the consequences when the mistakes were made by the HK team?? Really very disappointed in them, the way they 'handle' issue.
