They don't need to be there all the time. ANY of the time would be enough. Spamming, hacking and server crashes is a daily occurance on S87. Is that it's a new server an excuse? NO! If HK don't know by now that a new server will require additional and early support to get it off the ground then they are dumber even than I thought they were.
Personally I don't care. I quit playing HK due to the stunning lack of customer service "support" have showed me. If you have had a good experience...lucky you. This forum is full of people complaining about the poor response times and lack of contact by "support".
I complained to Google Market a few days ago and had my money refunded by them for the hundreds of coins I'd bought and wasted on S87. They say they have had a lot of complaints about HK. I gave "support" ample time to respond. Over a week. I wrote so many emails to 4 different contact addresses for "support" and eventually...eventually.... got a reply. "We are sorry for your inconvenience". Whoopy do! That doesn't fix anything. No offer of compensation. Nothing worth writing a dozen emails to them about.
My advice...take your complaint to Apple or Google Market place. They are being flooded with complaints about HK and are refunding monies spent on there. Wise up guys. "Support" will not support you. Take your complaint to someone that will act on your behalf...Apple or Google customer service or your credit card company.
