Servers are down

Can someone give us an idea of how long the servers will be down for? With people spending real money on gold coins and the risk of starving troops, I'm hoping for an explanation or at least an idea of when servers will be back up? Thanks.

This happens from time to time, no reason to throw a fit over it they'll probably be back up soon.

Servers are back up. They were down fir about 20 minutes probobly because of the 102/103 merge.

If you lost anything during the time the servers were down, contact support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com.

Say "I lost _____ because I could not enter the server at the time(might want to add that the servers were down for ____ time)" or somthing similar, and they will give back what you lost.
