lvl 10 oasis
when I resigned a lvl 10 oasis to refresh it, it went to lvl 0. is this normal or a bug?

It's normal for a 10. Unless they change that.

well, i would hope they do. The only point really for 10 oases is just to get that achievement.

Oh? I thought it was for 1300 more crop per hour, or a total of 7500 crop per hour if Cropland is enhanced. Hmmm....
IMO it's fine this way, as it makes things harder/more challenging.

i think you mean the 5000 crop, and the 10000 with max planting tech and the 1500 with enhance
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
