Crashing at key times

I have noticed that haypi crashes at very key times. For instance right before an attack hits or after harvesting a hunt. It also crashes randomly after using it for more than 5 minutes. This is VERY annoying and it cost me big numbers of troops multiple times. I was kicked out of the game after a battle and after that I got a 'check network connection' message. The only problem with that was my connection worked fine for other Internet apps, I checked, only haypi gave me problems. I eventually gave up trying to get on cause I have better things to do than to wait on an app that's not going to load. The next time I was allowed on, my troops had starved. Support said I should have prepared more crops for my troops and then talked in circles not answering my questions or helping me. But this all started after haypi crashed after a battle. The game crashes on me all the time before battles( mostly farming attacks) and after. This needs to be fixed soon

Please note that intensive operations as well as lack of free memory would have caused your app to crash.
We suggest you to start building/upgrading/battle etc. after the game is fully loaded, if the problem hasn't been subsided, please pm me with:
a. what device you are using
b. what is your current haypi kingdom version no.
c. what is your OS version no.
d. have you jailbroken your phone/device
The more details you provide the quicker we are able to get back to you with suggestions.

It isnt just shake. It happened to me too te other day just before an attack on a fort. I couldn't command lost 4k cavs 2k inf. not much but it's still a opting this needs to e fixed. I had full wifi. Told support haven't got a reply at all from over 72hours

I have 8 gb free, that's not the problem
I have an iPhone 4, a second generation IPod touch and a second generation ipad, all with plenty of memory and the newest apple and haypi software updates

And no, none of them are jailbroken
