Expert Votes Are Lies!!

Hello everyone, recently our expert was voted in on server 91. First let me back track. Experts according to haypi staff are voted in by players through expert nomination forum. Also once experts are voted in they are added to a "server expert list" available in general discussion. Now myself + others did some reaserching once s91 expert was created only to realize he got 1 vote. Shocked we thought OK maybe it was the "beautiful review" haypi says is another requirement. A little research and (yet again) we were shocked to find a "review" written AFTER he was expert and very inaccurate+false in his claims. So a little more digging through other server votes + the expert list to find less than 10% of experts voted in were ever voted for + those who were voted in weren't even in the nomination forum or voted. A quick email to haypi followed by a very evasive answer gave me a huge headache with great disappointment in a support bragged of being prompt + honest. If anyone else has found this to be a problem please write your story!! Thank you for your support!!

you will find that forum nominations are only a small part... nominations from other experts and support watching over the server are the main source of expert approval... which is why it seems this way

Here's the thing I can never understand. People insist they are "voting" for experts when in fact they are only "nominating" them. There is a big difference between those two things, you know.
Nominations are a way for players to let support know how they feel about the situation, never was it said that support would place any face value in a nomination. In fact, in the criteria haypi sets down for their selection process, nominations aren't even mentioned. They do specify selections are based in part on player response to the expert, but this does not necessarily mean nominations.

The real issue, I think, is what the heck motivates people to dispute supports decision on this topic. Is it jealousy? Do you really place so much value in the coins those people get everyday that you feel slighted that they are receiving them? Maybe you don't like the fact that they keep repeating how to change your name?

While experts may not be the best in some cases, I don't see how their title affects you or anyone else in any way.
Listen, I've played this game with more experts than I can count. I don't even remember some of them, that's the kind of turnover rate they have. Maybe two of them deserved the title in my eyes, AS I VIEW THE POSITION....but no matter how bad they were, or whatever their faults, no expert has ever had an edge on me due to coins, and if they did, I don't rightly think I'd be a valuable judge of an experts ability.

If you want to be expert, the first thing to do is not make posts like the one you made. If you don't want to be expert, but just don't like the one you have, there's an extremely easy fix.....it's called the block button.

Coins and a title aren't my problem its giving the power of expert to undeserving people who in reality helped no one to get it at all. Coins are the easiest thing to get in haypi so 10 daily coins that I could get from market downloads or just buying em is a waste. Its giving the title to someone who spends less that 2 hours online and is ran offline once ppl turn on him. Or the fact that they earned the "title" by, quite literally, posting how to change your name constantly. Now I've read haypies expert description about 100xs and in no way does the current one meet them.haypi obviously doesn't know how to choose people worth a damn I've played this game for over a year and every expert they've chosen goes inactive for months before the servers replaced with one. So instead of choosing experts based on how much they "write beautiful reviews"try voting then in on experience knowledge and availability. Not sucking up + false reviews. Am I envious he got the title? God no I hate experts, but at least look people over not just see who will suck u more. I'm tires of 13 year old kids telling me to be nice or watch my language when I'm not cursing or being disrespectful. My beef with this current expert was really topped off when he was talking BS to his own leader core (ya he was in my alliance) just minutes after he got the title....Congrats haypi you messed it up again!!!

Legitimate beef, for sure, and we've all felt this way at one time or another.
I like to take matters into my own hands, however. You should try my earlier advice and make use of that block button. Experts will never bother you again.

i was the one who voted for him because he deserves expert. im sure many other people deserve it, just like you rain, but it is supports choice and for the most part nominations dont play a big role in expert nomination.

The criteria are far closer to "be professional, friendly and active", then what you stated.

Nominations are not a requirement for expert. They're helpful, but not required.

People who voted me in for expert are crazy I'd make a horrable expert

I would have to agree. There are very few people that I feel qualify as being an expert. There are some who have great knowledge of the game but can not handle chat situations. And vise versa. 
It also seems mostly a popularity contest for nominations. And as was said, they are nominations not votes. Maybe the people nominated are not qualified to be an expert either. 
In my opinion, on the server in question I have yet to see any of the people nominated show any actions that would make them a good expert. Many  are just wanna be experts upset they aren't one. 

Instead of worrying about who the expert is or what they do. How bout just play the game and move on.
