Whiners are wieners -.^

I think overall, people tend to focus more on the negative than the positive. Its so much easier to dish out a diss, than complement (generally).

I see alot of posts about complaints about support, or about the game.

Lets start a thread of the positives!

List one or two.. or three of the things you love about the game!

1) The strategy is incredible! Who would have thought something could be so complex with just 4 units. It really never gets old learning how to command.

2) You make some cool friends, some for life

I could go on, but ill leave some for you guys

1) The people. Really, I've met some reallly awesome people in my time with haypi, and made some great friends. I have to say, I think haypi has one of the best online communities
2) Not so much the game but...the forum. Everything about it.
3) Support. They're really, very nice people. And (Many will disagree with this one) they've always helped me when I needed it, even if it does take a while some times.

I'll do more later.

1) The game is awesomely addictive. I spend so much time here lol.

2) As said before the people I meet. From alliances wc or them helping me and vice Versa. They are cool. (usually) and it makes the game even more fun to spend time on.

i would agree the game is awesome. I've been playing for almost 2 years now. For the most part the other people playing are great. Its nice to be able to talk to other people from around the world and get to know them.

The biggest turn off to the whole game is the lack of customer support.

Yeah! I've been very impressed with support as well. My server had David, until Winona replaced him.

An expert was telling me the other day that David actually had a seperate account and actually played the servers he worked on so that he could better address how to make the server a better place.

Makse you wonder if hes not the only one. hehe.. Sneaky support >.<

They're very dedicated though.

I like ella as well hah she is 87 support. Very great people.

and falaron.. sometimes patience is hard, and maybe haypi should hire more staff, there is a point to be argued there, but all in all, support has always responded and helped me to their fullest ability whenever I asked.

I agree Ameral. I hope more people start coming on here. It really is a great resource to say the least.
