How to level up an alliance?

Okay so we're a level one how do I level up my alliance?

Alliance tab -> Alliamce management -> Alliance upgrade -> "Upgrade"
You must have the required money and alliance pp.

Note: Only vice and leader can level up a alliance.

u could try getting mines and then doing wat link said when ur prestige id high enough

You'll need some good members that donate to help you make a strong army to occupy the mines and defend it after you've occupied it~ Good luck!
