Loading issue on droid

Since the latest update I have to load HK twice! The first time it opens I get an error 11, then if I back out and reopen it's fine? I have to do it every time! Any ideas why this happens?

have you tried re-installing a fresh copy

Yeah have tried cache cleared, uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled and still happens :/

Ugh, I have the exact same issue and have lettered support a mmillion times. i mMiss my iPhone cuz it works much better. It still crashed often but nothing like the droid. I hope the fix comes soon!
