Banned and don't know why.

The people who I know have "paid debs" to haypi are players who bought coins not through one of the approved methods in order to receive special deals on coins. In order to be unbanned they have had to pay support the equivalent of how many coins they bought illegally.

I'm not saying this is you as I do not know you or your play history.

Please kindly provide us with the banned accout names, we'll check and get back to you accordingly.
Meanwhile, please know that ban is always the last resort to punish a player who has severely broken the rules and violated the user agreement.

No i said i have not brought coin in ages for the account about 6 weeks i think. i checked google all purchase were fine completed and payment taken directly from my account. i see support have ignored this thread like all the emails etc i have asked for a copy of my logs with dates amounts of purchases to see where this apparent debt to haypi is from and to no surprize they have ignored this .

Were the ones banned and apparently we all owe some kind of debt where you cant give us an amount you think we owe or logs that show illegal coins

One thing for sure, you wont find answers here, on a public forum. None of us has access to the sort of information needed to settle this, though we see this sort of thing often, and know how it usually ends up....

Take your issues to the proper channels....contact support via their email.

Lol there was no coin on my account this is why i am asking for logs because there was no coin on there to take and as i said the only coin on the account for a long time was about 8-12 coin from downloading free apps (award by system) and my account dollmaker has not done anything went to sleep woke up and i was banned. multiple emails to support all with no reason proof or memtion of what they say i owe them they just wont give a straight answer.you can argue with me all day long and say somethings off but you dont have the means to check logs and have no basis to pass judgement on this. the thread was only created to try draw out support for answers as emails have gotten us nothing but a meaningless copy and pasted reply. my account is lvl 13 no coin max equip with an enhancement lvl of 1 i think i have 2 techs at lvl10 the rest are lvl 5, 6, 7, my main has two lvl 16 crops all the rest of resources are lvl 15 i do have one sub with 3 lvl 17 crops and one 16 but i stole that sub all my other subs all have lvl15 res the account is average at best does that sound like a coin glitchers account? As i said tho you have no means to check or judge.

Taem's message says that we can't check logs...nobody on this public forum can. So handle your PRIVATE manner in PRIVATE.

And that's a lot more coining than my account has in cities...so maybe it is. Who knows.

these three accounts were banned because of large amount of money and treasure feed.
Your other accounts were banned because of illegal purchases making a total of at least 2500 USD debt.
