Key box issue

No where in any place (not even the screen that shows what will come out of the box) shows that a gold chest nor a crystal chest has level one stones at all, but on 2 out of 3 opens that is what you get! Many players including my self are nolonger buying keys due to this error. Please please get this fixed

This needs to be fixed and selling of boxes need to bring more money then 1 $ please update thanks so much

I agree with sonic. Bought some crystal boxes and keys but got a lot of lvl 1 and 2 stones. I cannot buy more boxes till this is fixed. Please fix soon

I agree as well. I used honor points for two gold keys and only received level 1 stones. Please fix ASAP.

Ok, I have officially opened enough boxes now to agree with this post. The rewards for the different boxes don't make sense. I shouldn't be getting such low level rewards for keyed boxes. The majority of the time I get level 1 stones. Please fix this problem. I am no longer purchasing keys to open my worthless boxes.

Yay for haypi! Not a single attempt to fix a game bug has been made nor reported to being worked on, I know that support has read the thread, and not said a word! You want us to buy your coins ( I have bought MANY) but You don't want to fix a single issue, In my opinion that's like stealing! We have to pay you real money to get into the boxes by buying keys and you have level one items in a level 3 and four box that clearly says what it has the chances if containing! What comes out of them? Crap, and yes I am frustrated with your non existent support! I personally have purchaced the 49$ package at least once a week for different items and for CD to help others, well with this support and customer service that will nolonger happen! I know I am not going to break this company but I'll gladly spend my money on a company that appreciates it and not treats its customer like a 3rd class citizen!

I understand there are problems. But plz put ur self in there place. First they have to find the error then fix it. Then make an update then wait for apple. Please give them a chance to fix it. They are doing there best. Things take time sadly. Not their fault. Not your fault. It's life.

This game is still new. For a new game I am pretty happy with it. They are working hard on improving I'm sure

It's not about it not being fixed. It's people like me who have 80+ boxes and wont spend money on keys, as their very rarely on the wheel. If im opening my crystal boxes, and received level 1 stones, that isssue needs to be fixed. People like Sonic and I (Sinner) spend time and money. Probably top 5 atleast on this game. We want an answer from support. Not the occasional, "we'll look into it and fix in the future" crap. It's customer support. Just like it says in their e-mails. I for one, am not getting dragon eyrie bonus from VIP. that's irritating as hell too. I waste coins doing this, and i'm not receiving a bonus. Now that's crap. 2 or 3 days later, no response. As i'm not the only one that has this problem.

I am utterly disappointed in the customer care as it pertains to the problems that we are facing dealing with the opening of gold and crystal boxes, as well as in other matters!! Support, your generic responses are unacceptable!! Those of us that have invested quite a bit of money into this game expect some changes. Opening a gold or crystal box and getting low lvl items is highway robbery!! I will not be spending any more money to open them until this is resolved.

What is pictured to be awarded is not, and what isnt is, such as lvl 1 stones.it is very frustrating to say the least. i have come to believe that haypi has done a "bait and swith" tactic to sell coins. beta's are always tried out first prior to fully releasing an update fully. i find it hard to believe that haypi was unaware of the issue, not to mention many others. haypi is started to make coiners loose interest in the game and some have dropped off. haypi will contine to loose lucrative players if this situation along with others are not rectified. the responses from support are not acceptable, they are passive not appeasing. please review and rectify. thank you.
