I don't think I can pvp because I don't have achievements on that account. You can only register one account with game centre and that's not it. And the one that is registered only has 70 points

You still get achievement without gamecenter. Gamecenter just helps you track your achievement to see how well your doing.
With your non gamecenter accounts just go to server achievement in rank tab, and look at the bottom to see your score.

Ok thanks Link! And yeah... It seems that out of the very limited number of forum viewers, most don't want daily tasks though... I just start Haypi Dragons and I like how the tasks are there
