Co Leader

I think in an alliance their should be Leader then a Co Leader and then 4 or 5 vices. This will help the alliance a bit more also, there should be a chance in the alliance so that the leader if he want to not be leader anymore to switch out his position but still remain the creator of alliance. This would help a lot mostly the Co Leader having the same job as the Leader, because when leader is not playing and is doing something important the leader can tell the Co-Leader to run the alliance while he's gone. I hope this can happen because I truly need this, a Co-Leader for my alliance.
