WiFi/login problem

I tryed to login to my account and it Is saying communication delayed etc. But my wifi is working perfectly and I can use other apps which require wifi. I have tryed turning my iPod on and off and it still dosent work. It lost connection just after I hunted troops for a hit so they can be hit. Pls tell me why I can't login?!

I have the same problem on s96 but my other servers still work what's bad is I had an attack out when it quit working
