Maybe as much as 20%?
Ha ha... Then Angelo's awesomeness will be gone.
1% is definitely useless: given 2000 damage in a turn (rare for medium levels/non crystals): you only recover 20 damage. That's not worth a whole slot!
I guess we could have a stone for bonus to abilities (they have a stone for bonus to skills).
