troops diaappearing!!!!

I attacked a lvl 1 oasis that someone had left 25 troops and I had almost 15k cavs and I won with no losses, recalled troops from oasis so I could attack more and they recalled and vanished....

This problem happened in every server, it's a bug of all haypi
They will certainly give you back troops, you just have to wait..

Lost my troops on s99... New server so this could be a major setback... I know support is gonna be busy today but I hope they stay dedicated to returning these troops... Mails have been sent

This has been happening since Sunday? Please tell me that someone has received a reply from Support. Both my kid and I have lost troops. servers in the 120's and the new s99. starving some troops now but better than losing everything by attacking another crop oasis.

The first people to post have been getting their armies back I think. Look at Betty's post on first page

mine too. same thing. it happened twice. lost total of almost 5k cats. server 117

Same issue. S97. Attack successfull. Oasis surgicaly conquered. Troops dissapeared.

I also lost my army after recall on lvl 9 crop oasis over 12 hrs have passed and not even a letter saying they are looking into it

Same here3500 cats gone at 10pm today on s95 server

same thing lost 1119 cat, I sent a message hours ago but I didn't include user name and server I don't know if that's needed.
