That's up to the admins. But there are a variety of variables that help to decide upon them. 1 of them being the nomination thread.

Head mod position is not an easy position to give it though so I can see the concern that Vayne has on the matter.

There's a lot that can go wrong when using the ACP and a lot of trust needed.

Well another idea would be to put all in all usergroups and let them choose.

Anyway yes I understand that vayne, but I'm sure you can find somebody/some people that can be trusted as much as you can. Either way, you should have to be running the forum alone, if not any more head mods then maybe add some more regular mods. Other then vayne, syl seems to be only really active mod here.

Spears and Eth both are. I'll be doing some cleaning here before too long.
