Pls fix this.. Many players dc on their turn then we can't complete match

I think what he is complaining about is the fact that when someone DC's when it is their turn, it doesn't change back to your turn and the match cannot be completed because it is stuck on the DCer's turn. You then have to exit yourself to get out of the match, which causes you to lose rank points. This just happened to me and I lost 35 points. Please fix this.
