PVP "You are not in battle"

This happened to me every single time today after update in PVP. What is going on? I do not think it is my Internet, because Boss Battles operate fine.

Same here and in addition this message would spam your screen.
you hit ok or cancel and the message pops right back up :l

I am also having this same problem, I can't pvp at all since update.
This is a pretty big problem and needs to be fixed asap(I think v1.51 comes out today) it better be fixed! I am so tired and fed up with haypis carelessness and greed lately... this is one of many of the problems people are having.I am using itouch second gen. Everyone who I talk to that uses same device as me says same thing about pvp.well anyways there's my rant....please fix asap haypi
