Dear Haypi,

You don't need anyone to tell you that you really out did yourselves with these last updates and the glitches/bugs that came with. I'm sure it is as equally stressful trying not only to fix them, but now find a reasonable solution for everyone who has been affected negatively by them. Here is an idea for you to think about, but I want you to actually consider the pros and cons of this solution:

Send out a message on the notice board to give everyone equal notice. Open the shop for 1 hour with lv4 chests at 200 silver coins, the same amount of time everyone who caught the mistake had to purchase them. Give everyone that free for all for 1 hour.

Right off I can see one of your biggest hesitations will be a loss of revenue as you have now placed lv4 chests in the shop for 200 Gold coins. You can take my word for it - no one is going to buy a lv4 chest for 200 Gold coins. Especially since there is a 30% chance they get a stone they cannot even use if they have not farmed 90 Energy Crystals first. If you aren't sure what I mean by that - go get 90 Energy Crystals.

So what will happen if you put everyone on an even playing field again? It will boost consumer confidence and desire to continue playing, perhaps even purchase coins they normally wouldn't because of that boosted morale. I know you, nor the developers play this game even nearly as much as the average player does which is fine, but that being said, you don't know how much something like this affects them. You have no idea how much it actually hurts someone who spends hours of their day playing your game, only to have someone see more benefit in 1 hour. It's absolutely devastating.

At this point, if you are looking at a solution based on minimizing your loss, you will do more damage by not doing this or something of equal value as seen by the players. Everyone who loves this game, and influences each other to keep playing and invite their friends, kids, and partners to play will have nothing good to say any more. Only that it is a waste of time. Literally.

You don't have to use this idea, you don't even have to read this or resond to this. All I really have to say to you is, good luck and I can't wait to see what the positive influence on others, free social media advertising, and 1000 hours of dedication from your average consumer means to you.

Is it worth 1 hour?

I think what you have said is what needed to be said after something this bad has happened... On my behalf I am pissed that all my hard work playing this game since it came out has gone to waste now that every person who bought those chests has just about the same stuff that I have that i worked for ,for months to get but they easily got plus more in a hour.. I dont even know what to suggest to make it right, the only thing I can think of is giving everyone a fair chance and if you don't you are literally going to start losing players.. Because there is no way anyone except for the people who got the glitch are happy about this... I know I'm not happy and to be honest I lost all motivation to play Pvp anymore... So in turn there is no point for me to train and try building up my dragons so really there is no point to play any,ore and I'm sure I'm not the only person who feels that way..

I'd agree that somthing has to be done bc the worst thing you could do is do nothing at all... With that said this seems like a fair solution to all players and would make all players happy.

I don't think this is a good idea. think this through
we have two groups one who bought chests and one who didn't

we go to the first group they are also divided into two groups high level players who got full or semi full lv 5 stones and with high lvl dragons and others who have non or few orange stones with low lvl dragons

the same applies to group two

now if they put chest lv 4 in market again for 200 silver then we will end up with all players having almost all orange stones on their dragons and only the dragon level that makes a dragon better than the other (also dragon type and skill but that's not my point)

This means the game lost a major part it and all the stones are useless now they might as well remove the stones from the game cuz everyone will have it. Plus in one hour they can get cash by buy a chest for 200 and selling the stone for 30000 so u end up with all players spamming pvp which will be the only place for them to get satisfaction

Hard working players will be something of the past. high level players will probably start quitting sooner.

So now you won't see weak dragons any more, hard working players quitting. No one buying coins for spin, spamming boss or tree cuz it will be useless for them. Stones are worthless.

Things like introducing lv 6 stones so that spamming lv 4 stones won't a big deal, or increasing drop rate of lv 4 in normal levels considerably so people can farm and get things rather than getting it for almost free is much better solution I believe.

The damage is already done, doing further damage will mean the end of this game.

I'd have to agree with Mavios. The damage is done. No need to do anything to open it up and potentially make it worse.

As for what's fair or not haypi should just do nothing. If people got tons of purple stones fine. Everyone had an equal chance to take advantage of this glitch and if you didn't then too bad. I already have lots of purple stones as well as some orange stones so I really could care less. I already know about 99% of players here cheat or take advantage of glitches and support hasn't done anything about it before so why start now?

If you Heypi keep this unfair thing going on without a fair solution, I will refuse to play it any more. You RUINED my hard work for the past 4 months.

Boo hoo haypi screwed up and some people got stones. Your life is over oh no. Dude, stop complaining. You think the players care they got lucky? No. You think haypi cares that you spent months getting those stones? No. You all act like you're the only ones who got screwed and guess what? YOU AREN'T THAT SPECIAL. I spent months as well as actual money opening crystal chests to get the stones I needed for my crystal and I did and at the end of the day I know I improved my dragon and that makes me happy. If people need to take advantage of a mistake to do that then fine, we are still the better players and that's all I care about. We don't need to sink to their level to be "good" and besides its not like it helps them that much anyway. I already have a dragon with all purple stones and one orange so I haven't really seen any difference. Now stop whining like a little baby or quit either way it's not going to matter. People have been cheating or taking advantages of glitches since day one so what makes this one any different? have you ever disconnected when you were losing so you wouldn't lose pvp points? Or maybe you use the Ice rain glitch? Or are you an account sharer letting someone in a different time zone play so you can get leveled up more? This game has flaws and it sucks and I know it, heck I'm the first to say it but don't give me that crybaby bull because you all think you're the only ones who have it rough on here cause you're not and I'd be willing to bet that if you knew about this when it was going on, you would all have done it too. Now stop complaint about the problems and actually suggest ways to fix it like mavios. Speaking of which mav you're suggestion is good and all but there's a couple flaws. Mainly the time zones. I'm usually asleep during the middle of the day in some countries and vice versa, so the hour it's like that would be a hour half the world isn't online. Plus the half who already did it would be able to do it again, so they'd still be better off. Like I said support should do nothing and everyone should just drop it and focus on the problems that actually matter and reoccur, not some one time thing.

Now that I think About I don't think giving everyone a chance to buy those boxes for 200 sc is a good idea.. But I do think something needs to be done, like taking away the stones they bought or giving the people,who didnt a lvl 4 syn or something so they have some sort of benefit from it all.. or a lot of people are going to be pissed off
