Unable up log in my account via new phone/device.

I have read haypi have apparently blocked people using their accounts if they are not using the device in which the account was created on.

If this is the case I would like a full refund of all I have spent upgrading my cities and armours.

I recently upgraded my iphone to the iPhone 5. My account was created on my iphone 4 or maybe it was even my iPod .. I have been playing forever so can't be sure.

But if this Stupid rule is in place how am I expected to continue play?

I don't even own my previous devices anymore!!

Very unhappy and would appreciate a response from admin or staff ASAP as I have troops to attend to!

This simply cannot be 100% true, im using a different phone now than I used to set up my account and its working, also I just tried a different phone never used for Haypi and it worked.

I know that doesn't help you, but Im just saying, its weirder than people think,

I certainly hope it's not true!

I have tried and tried. Even tried logging onto my boyfriends account and no joy. He too had also recently upgraded his phone but doesn't play as often.

Something official needs to be posted. If this is true then Haypi have a lot to compensate! You can't take away a game from someone who has spends 100's of £'s or $ 's just because they are now using a new device.

I do understand there reasons but this is so unfair.

What a complete waste or time hours and Money spend if this is the case!!!

Haypi certainly made some strange decisions of late. You notice how their new sever s500 on gree is locked per device too? If you get a new phone you lose everything ..(?)

It's not the be all and end all loosing the game but its the principle. They have taken away an app that I have spent a lot of money on over the years and didn't even have the decency to drop a mail to let people know of the changes!

Agreed. As of right now s500 is the only one I can't log into and I used this device. If this is not resolved soon I will contact gree concerning the practices or lack there of from haypi.

I will find all receipts from iTunes containing the amounts i have paid and log a complaint if this is true. ( it will be a scary total) but its got to be done!

If I can't play I want at least some compensation for how many coins it took to upgrade my cities, and to have top equipment!

Unfortunately they will not refund.

"You may terminate this Agreement by terminating your account and discontinuing access to the game client. In the event that you terminate or breach this Agreement, you will forfeit your right to any and all payments you may have made. You agree and acknowledge that you are not entitled to any refund for any amounts which were pre-paid on behalf of the Account prior to any termination of this Agreement."

I don't know why you play s500. If anything happens to you're phone you lose everything ?
