Getting no connection

Hi!

I was downloading Haypi Monsters yesterday because it sounds interesting. After install I started the game and pushed " Start". The following Screen told me "connecting", but after generating a few dots behind the word the game freezes. I waited some minutes, but nothing goes on.
The internetvonnection is active. And I already deleted the game and reinstalled it.

I created a Haypi Kingdom Account, so I can Write here to get some help. Has anyone an idea how I could get the game working?

I use iPhone 4S.

that's happened to me twice and both time was for server maintenance. was it during that last update maybe?

Here in the forum I read, that the server maintance was on monday (21. Jan). I downloaded and installed it on tuesday (22. Jan). I also wasn't able to get the game started today. Are the sever still offline?

nah they were back within a hour or two. id say try one more time and if the message comes up go to the wifi section and open up the info on your network and hit renew lease, then kill the app (double tap home hold down the app like you would to move and press that little red circle) then reopen it. if that doesn't work I don't know what else to say

If this doesnt work and only if your on a iphone or ipad with 3g connectivity try starting with only 3g your wifi may have a port closed the HM uses to get online.
