Gold coins cant buy plz HELP

gold coins got problems, plz fix it fast!!!!
$99.99 and $49.99 cannot buy...........

faster fix it, im waiting to buy!!!

My "Buy Coins" option won't load up though....l :(:(:(:(

Is your inapp buying turned off?
Not sure how old you are but if the card belongs to your parent and they have can use your device , they may have turned on restriction and turned off inapp buying
And if you are a adult and that device and card belong to you , you can go check restriction on you device's setting and turn on inapp buying , of course you need to have the password to get into the restriction setting
Note:the password is not the password for the device ,unless the person/you set it as the same hope I help
