My bad experience with Support
I had freezes in Sealed Space Team Mode - now they
are much less or dont come anymore.
I got 2 replys ingame and after last reply support told
me they will let this check out and gimme a response.
But now its like a week ago and no response.
Its totally the same if i am a realcash player or not
i want a good support and a quick response to my request.
Why is this not possible? Haypi is bigger than the most Developer
i know ( except the very big like gamevil )
The smaller companies have mostly very good support and
they REALLY answer to me within 1-2h.
Do you have only 5 Man Support Team for HM or
why is the communication between community and support that
bad? I mean im not only one - i have friends they told me too.
And here in Forums ppl still wait for response.
A good Game like HM needs fast and good Support - thats
what makes Community stay and have Fun ( next to fast updates )
