My bad experience with Support

I had freezes in Sealed Space Team Mode - now they
are much less or dont come anymore.

I got 2 replys ingame and after last reply support told
me they will let this check out and gimme a response.

But now its like a week ago and no response.
Its totally the same if i am a realcash player or not
i want a good support and a quick response to my request.
Why is this not possible? Haypi is bigger than the most Developer
i know ( except the very big like gamevil )
The smaller companies have mostly very good support and
they REALLY answer to me within 1-2h.
Do you have only 5 Man Support Team for HM or
why is the communication between community and support that
bad? I mean im not only one - i have friends they told me too.
And here in Forums ppl still wait for response.

A good Game like HM needs fast and good Support - thats
what makes Community stay and have Fun ( next to fast updates )

I also mailed support one time over a week ago, never got a response... Though it was kind of a mini rant lol...

It took them 6 weeks to respond to my 4 messages reporting the same person for cheating in haypi dragon, by the time they answered the guy had already quit. Don't expect too much from support although I have heard the hm support is better than hd.

As you can see, Haypi Monster really does only have a 5-member Support team. What's more, two of them double as Haypi Kingdom and Haypi Dragon staff. Therefore it may take a while for staff members to respond to you. However, if you post your question/bug reports on the forums, there is a chance another Support member may see and respond to you while your own server's Support is busy.
