Old question : how to breed Poe :( and evolve Neo

I got 2 Poes , M and F . How can I make them breed ?
If I use "no blessing" mode , it said these poes cant breed
Otherwise , it said not enough blessing . Did I miss something ?

One more thing , where can i get Item for evolve Neo ?

poe cant breed only his evolutions can. to evolve neo you need a bolt bead which can be obtained after you beat sealed space, after you get vip 2, and possibly (but don't quote me on this) from chests

Quick thing, when you breed the evolution poes, you get the same evolutionary baby poe. So hypnoe + hypnoe = baby hypnoe.
