I hear technician only works for skills with 45 power [or was it 60?] and under. anything higher wont get the technician bonus. i have unbending.

i have a flight with boulder, poison leaves etc... with 90 power..

You meant boulder, poison leaves also work with technician?

Or it increases skill like whack/frenzied atk coz its 28power/atk only? O_o
