Mail Auto Delete

I'm on server 17 username ht15000, how does the attached mail works, seems like I lost a lot of attached items from my mail, is there anyway to get it back, or is it just gone? Is it time based how much time does a item keep? What is the rules to that? Other than that the game is great, thanks.

I know for a certainty that you can have a total of 50 pieces of mail between all 3 categories. News, Private, and attachments. There is speculation about a time period in which an item will remain before being lost but I do not know if an answer was ever uncovered.

Thanks for the reply, I think there should have been some warning or something, felt like i lost a lot of stuff, would have done things a bit differently if I knew, mainly honeys and all the evolution items.

Same thing happened to me. They said they will look into this. Hope they could add a notice on the appstore or news/info section in the game.
