Really? Prove it please. Or explain to me how a level difference can affect the dodge values when there is not a set stat for dodge capabilities of a monster. Please explain.

Well i dont have picture os anything to show you that lv different has effect on dodge rate but i have testing it out by myself already.
Used flight lv 40 vs frozen mod lv 48
Miss 7/10 hit
Use flight lv 46 vs same monster lv 48
Miss 2/10 hit.
If you dont believe it then go test it out yourself.
It better to give it a test then just wasting time complaining.

It is true lol. Try using ur lv40 mobs vs lv10 mobs in jungle and let them hit u

There's no way level affects dodge rate, that's ridiculous. Haypi loves giving advantages to lower level players, they wouldn't give higher levels players this advantage.

As i said, level difference affects dodge rate, not level.
Thats why people who are rushing frozen with lv40~42 mobs are missing their hits alot.

Frozen cavern normal is pretty easy actually.. Some tricks.
I ran with an s ignightmare with celestial prayer. Mobs don't hurt much when u use fire mobs coupled with a sunny weather
Dodge rate: I don't really find myself getting dodged alot with a level 40 ig. But what I noticed is that if u run a fire mob as ur first liner the ice mob auto responds by using ice armor thus giving u a free hit. I did not use any Rees cards at all.
Weather. It really is a double edged sword. But u can learn how to use it. Keep resetting the map until u get sunny. It helps. Alot. Fire mob wif sunny weather and aurora does like 10-20 dmg to my ig.
In conclusion: run it with ur Draco and try to aim for sunny weather. It's not that hard. Haypi gave u a free epic mob and I didn't see anyone thanking them for that. We already have what we need, just learn how to adapt and utilize them

I think vet mode gives permanent ice weather though. As for ignightmare and draconius, I wouldn't be able to start breeding now. I suppose leveling my flights will just have to do, but they require so much exp.

So what do we do if we don't have an S Ignightmare? Sure I have a C rank Draconius, but what good is it when it dies? There are only 2 good fire types in the entire game, and I have yet to even find a Flicker scroll on the Wheels of Vet Volcano when I am already at Vet Canyon.
@ Williamyee & Naukii - That is just retarded, there is no logic behind that. How can the level of a monster affect dodge? IT DOESN'T WORK.
