Ghost chests do drop at levels below 9 and psychic chests drop at levels above 9 too. Verified this myself.

I meant that psychic and ghost can both drop in SS expert. Because the level description in game says that psychic can be found from stages 1-8 whilst ghost can found from 9-15, which is not true.

I think it's alternating, one lv for psychic, the next for ghost, so on and so forth

Like I said, the level description says psychic is stages 1-8, ghost is stages 9-15. That is not accurate because I once had 1 ghost and 1 psychic chest in the wheel before. I think both psychic and ghost chests can be found in any stages in SS expert.
