Cant Put Toxic Stake on smiter.

Toxic Stake is Supplementary Skills for plant type..(intermediate skills)
Why i cant put that to my Smiter?

I am in the same boat, disappointed with the useless skill. It reserves my bag space, full of unable to learn skills!

I think its bugged right now just like water bombs on Pegway and Cygness.
