Rain. And rain prayers skill description is wrong, confirmed by moderators, it isn't supposed to halve the power of earth types but plant types.

isn't it unfair that the opponent who goes next is able to change to the weather on the same turn? then what's the point of having faster speed?

Im not 100% sure about this but I was watchin the ladder battle and celestial had been cast, was sunny. Opponent had a draco out, My pegway comes in, casts rain. The Draco used fire bombs or something but the damage it did was like it was still sunny, because the next turn it was reduced Dramaticly.
So I wonder if you choose a spell/skill while its sunny, It doesnt matter that its raining when you cast it.??
You guys check into it and see if you notice what I am talking about.
Of course Ive been wrong before, and wrong a lot! so Im just nutty
Re: Question Prayer Skills
From my experience weather does not apply until the turn is over. For example, enemy Draconius used Celestial Prayer and Cygness uses Rain Prayer. Draconius uses Celestial Prayer again and Cygness uses water torrent. Cygness still gets the bonus damage from the weather and doesn't get stunned. Sandstorm seems to be an exception to this however, it does damage the same turn it was cast. Blizzard, since they are essentially the same skill just an ice variant, may be an exception too. I am unsure if the stat changes that blizzard and sandstorm give are applied in the same turn however.
