Crystal drop rate?

Is anyone else having trouble getting crystals on wheel spins? They almost never appear on the wheel, and when they do I never get them no matter how many respins I use. I wasted 50 gold yesterday trying to get 5x crystal blocks. I would even settle for jelly, gold chests, or combat jellies, but it seems like all I ever get are ultimate runes or adv book chests.

Haypi really needs to work on the appearance rate of crystals on the wheel. If they want me to keep spending money, they could at least give me a better chance of getting something good, instead of clogging my bag with useless adv books, ultimate runes, and super love pots.

I'm having a lot of trouble too :/ I mean I only have advanced book chests in my bag. I don't have any room for anything else! I mean the crystals needed for the daily quest are a pain in the ass (I wonder if ass gets censored or not). I admire your discipline in being able to restrain yourself to being able to spend only 50 gold coins on the wheel. Bravo!

I wish I could keep getting ultimate runes and advance skill book chest, would give up any other item in the wheel for them. Sadly I almost never get them
