2 quick question - epic and legendary monster

1. Could verte learn pod now? Have support fixed the bug?
2. Could we get 2nd splashy? How much? And hows stats?

Sorry, chesaki. I'm sure more people would have replied but Splashy is so hard to get at the moment. Vertedeath, I am sure will be able to learn PoD through a skill book. If that's not available yet, then, it will be implemented soon. ^^

I think a D-grade Splashy will be slightly weaker than an S Pewgway/Cygness. Obviously, when you breed it to S, it will eclipse the other Water monsters.

One on my server has Splashy his lv27 (his acc) i played pvp with him Splashy does TONS of dmg if u set rain prayer on him he blowed away a smiters hp with 2 Tsunamis.

Would you say it's overpowered?
Because as it stands, with Rain Prayer, most water monsters would be deadly.
I'm asking for myself since I don't know if I should wait in getting him or just go for it now. I only have average of slightly under 2200 so getting to 2500 will take a long time and I don't know if it's worth doing that for now or just when I'm fully free.
