Just becuase your setup can't beat that setup doesn't mean it's not balanced. Just means ur setup is not good against that setip. There are oblivious so many different combos to defeat that team.
If the case was NO POSSIBLE setup could beat that team than yes that would be imbalanced. (This was how full flight team before weather was)
That's like me having a having a full verta team dominating everyone until I run into a felicity team and get wiped out and cry its imbalanced.
In the end it's a rock paper scissor game.
If their setup is rock and ur setup is scissor ur gonna lose
Sorry but please read my post properly first. To be clear, I was talking about non-elemental monsters versus elemental monsters ONLY. Since Cladun mentioned that there is a balance between those 2, which there definitely do not exist. Of course it is possible to beat a weather team. But only with another weather team of your own. All I'm saying is non-elemental monsters are no longer viable if you want to be the top few in your server. This is not Rock Paper Scissors because it is only weather teams versus each other. Non elemental monsters aren't even part of the play.
That being said, I'm not saying that non-elemental monsters are weak. They do have the pros of having no elemental weakness but the opposite can be said that they have no elemental advantage. They are useful in PVE and if you don't want to play the switching game in PVP. But they will just be decimated in the face of a weather team. Pre-patch everyone was complaining because elemental monsters couldn't beat the non elemental ones. But is a full flight team unbeatable? No, a meniss team can counter it easily. So now post patch why can't we say the same since non-elemental cant beat elemental monsters?
