Coins

Hello! I have been playing Haypi Monster for a while now, and I've purchased coins many times before. I tried to buy a $20 coin box yesterday and it said "successful", however, the coins didn't deposit into my account. I assumed it failed, so I tried again, and again it said "successful", but the coins didn't transfer through once again. The purchases have gone through on my credit card. Can you please help?

Please confirm the following details:
1. were you charged after it said "successful"?
2. if you were charged, did you receive a receipt from iTunes about your transaction?
3. is your device jailbroken? for jailbroken device cannot make it.
